The application process depends on the country where you find yourself. Students who reside in any of the 46 countries listed in the list below must use the 'Etudes en France ' online application portal to apply to a school or university in France.

Which countries are concerned by the "Etudes en France" online applica

The "Etudes en France" procedure involves students residing in one of the following 46 countries:

Algeria, Argentina, Benin, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burundi Cameroon, Chile, China, Colombia, Comoros, the Republic of the Congo, South Korea, Ivory Coast, Egypt, United States, Gabon, Guinea, Haïti, India, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Madagascar, Mali, Morocco

Etudes en France

Mauritius, Mauritania, Mexico, Niger, Nigeria, Peru, Senegal, Democratic Republic of Congo, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Singapore, Taiwan, Tchad, Togo, Tunisia, Turkey and Vietnam.

Students who reside in countries which are not part of the above listed must follow the NON-CEF application process to apply to schools in France

THE NON-CEF APPLICATION PROCESS

The Non-CEF application process applies to all countries which are not part of the CEF process. Candidates who reside in the NON-CEF countries can apply directly to the schools of their choice with the help and assistance of the Campus France office in their Country.

Fellow Ghanaian students and foreign students residing in Ghana, should you want to apply for a school in France for the 2021-2022 academic year, here is how to go about it.

  1. Licence 1)-

(D.A.P.)-  LES CANDIDATURES SONT CLOSES

[Dossier blanc] Demande d'admission préalable (D.A.P.) en première année de licence dans une université française - 2021-2022

Pour s'inscrire en première année de licence dans une université française, une demande d'admission préalable (DAP) est obligatoire pour les étrangers titulaires d'un diplôme étranger de fin d'études secondaires. Si vous êtes étudiant étranger et que vous résidez dans votre pays, vous devrez remplir le dossier blanc téléchargeable dans cette page

Les inscriptions concernent les candidats :

  • Qui ne possèdent pas la nationalité française
  • Qui ne sont pas titulaires ou futurs titulaires du baccalauréat français ou européen.
  • Qui vivent au Ghana
  • Qui sont titulaires du WASSCE (West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination) ou son équivalent Baccalauréat

 

Calendrier officiel 2021

  • Ouverture de la procédure :  1er Novembre 2020
  • Date limite de dépôt des dossiers a Campus France Ghana : Lundi 11 janvier 2021
  • Epreuve de TCF DAP - Samedi 16 Janvier. Veuillez contacter l’Alliance Française d’Accra pour vous inscrire au Test.
  • Envoi des dossiers par l’Ambassade de France aux Universités -Mars 2021
  • Décision des établissements-30 Avril 2021

Procédure-Comment faire pour candidater ?

  • Télécharger le dossier blanc (Demande d’admission Préalable) ICI
  • Faire valider au préalable vos vœux de formation et choix d’établissement par Campus France Ghana avant de remplir le dossier
  • Remplir et déposer votre dossier complet à Campus France Ghana avant la date limite du 8 Janvier 2021

NB:

  • Chers candidats, nous vous invitons à télécharger "la Notice explicative" ci-dessous et la lire attentivement avant de remplir le formulaire de candidature.
  • Vous êtes prié de bien vouloir vérifier la liste des pays à la page 6/8 de la notice pour savoir si vous devez vous présenter au test de TCF DAP ou pas.

Que faire ?

  • Rendez vous sur le moteur de recherche des programmes de Licence
  • Choisissez au minimum 4 formations pour lesquelles vous souhaitez postuler
  • Visitez le site de ces établissements et suivez la procédure de candidature des étudiants qui résident dans des pays qui ne font pas partie de la procédure Etudes en France
  • En cas de difficulté, remplissez ce formulaire d’inscription Campus France. L’équipe CF vous contactera plus tard pour vous indiquer la démarche à suivre pour candidater dans les établissements de vos choix.

  1. Master 1 et 2

Master

Le calendrier des candidatures pour le Master1 et 2 pour les étudiants Ghanéens et étrangers résidants au Ghana dépend de(s) l’établissement(s) dans le(s)quel(s) vous souhaitez vous inscrire.

English Taught Programs

There are more than 1600 available programs partially or fully taught in English in various different domain (Business and Management, Tourism, Hotel and Catering management, Science, Environment, Health Science, Agriculture and Agroindustry, Mathematics, Engineering and Technology, Law, Economics, Humanities, Languages, Literature, Architecture, Art, Fashion, Design) etc.

The application process concerns the following level of study: 

  • Undergraduate (3 years)
  • Undergraduate top-up (1year)
  • Masters 1 (2 years)
  • Master 2 (1 year)

 

How can I apply ?

  1. Check the  Program taught in English Catalog to find the institutions that offer the course you would like to apply for.
  2. Click on the link underneath the selected course to be directed to website of the institution offering the program
  3. Check the application dates as well as the applications process and the requirements directly on the school’s website
  4. Step 3: In case of challenges, kindly fill the Campus France registration form.

 

Documents which may be required by the universities during application

  1. Cover letter/ Motivation letter / Statement of purpose
  2. Academic transcript
  3. Senior High School Certificate
  4. Application form / Online application
  5. Copies of passports and birth certificate
  6. Recommendation letter
  7. Proof of Language proficiency if required

NB:

  • This list may vary according to the school, some may ask for additional documents

  • Some School may call for an interview to assess your eligibility for the program you are applying for.

 

Caution:

  • The schools and universities in France have their own deadlines for applications. Applications are usually conducted from October to June every year
  • Campus France Ghana does not apply for schools for students but rather provided a step-by-step assistance throughout the process
  • Students are encouraged to apply to many schools is possible (between 4 and 6) to increase their chances of getting admission in any of the schools applied to.
